I did hear back from support eventually, so I can’t really complain too much... but yeah, it took a couple of days. They did answer my question in the end, which was helpful, I just kind of wish the response had come a little faster.

The box showed up clean and everything inside was fine, nothing crushed or smashed. i was kind of impressed, though it’s just packaging so I don’t want to make a huge deal out of it. Still, nice job.
